Every form submission automatically captures a consent trail — an explicit consent checkbox, timestamp, IP address and device details — which covers the record-keeping most POPIA-related processes need. Overall compliance also depends on how your studio itself collects, discloses and manages that data.
Billing lets you set up membership plans (recurring, class packs, or drop-in), assign members to a plan, and record payments as staff receive them (cash, EFT or card in person). Overdue members are flagged automatically so nothing slips through.
